SIRANUSH VARDANYAN
Siranush Vardanyan is Staff Assistant III with the Commission staff. Siranush holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and started her career with Los Angeles County in 2012. She has held a variety of positions in 5 different departments since then and believes that no matter what professional title she holds, some of the most important parts of the workforce include making connections, building strong relationships, and understanding the impact in the work that she does. Siranush states “As an Angelino, and a mom of two little girls, I feel lucky to be living and working in one of the most diverse places in the nation. Diversity adds flavor in our lives and creates culture in our city and county; but in order for our culture to be positive and inclusive, it is crucial for every individual to become educated and accepting of others and their race, religion, sexual orientation, or other characteristics. By individually and collectively promoting positive human relations, calling for social justice, and standing up for our civil and human rights, we create a better Los Angeles.”
