Kevork Keushkerian
I was born in Jerusalem but grew up in Aleppo, Syria. I got my higher education in Beirut, Lebanon. I have a bachelor’s degree in English from Haigazian College (Now University) and a master’s degree in English from the American University of Beirut. I worked for Aramco in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, and immigrated to the United States in 1976 and settled in California.
I worked for the Los Angeles Unified School District for 25 years, nine as a math teacher and sixteen years as an Assistant Principal. I retired in June of 2009. I am married and have 2 adult children. We live in Pasadena.
