Joshua Tanamachi Parr began working at the Commission in 2005. Building multi-cultural community through leadership development, trauma-informed community healing, and the arts. Parr co-created the Policing and Human Relations program in the Commission. Prior to that, he helped design and implement the Youth/Schools program at the Commission. He now spends his time raising three daughters, making music, and advocating for the ethical use of plant medicines.
