Jaye Winter

Jaye is the Special Assistant to the Executive Director. He joined the County’s Human Relations team in December 2018. Before this, Jaye served the County First Supervisorial District supporting the portfolios of Regional Planning, Public Works, and Economic & Workforce Development. He also was Executive Assistant at a mid-size Title I school district and started his career in Public Administration at the state legislature level assisting elected officials. Jaye holds a degree in International Relations and Spanish.
